Job Title- Quality Analyst(Travel Account) Job location - Metro Manila Job Type- Shifting Schedule (Onsite) Required At least 1-2 yrs experience as Quality Analyst in a Travel account MUST have TRAVEL ACCOUNT experience that is client facing, preferably with Voice, Email and Chat LOB GDS skill on one and more GDS (Amadeus, World span, Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo) Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies Proficient in speaking in English Proficient Communication Skills Advance Microsoft Office skills Highly knowledgeable in Quality tools
