- Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in handling large volumes of technical documents (3001000+ design documents), within the manufacturing, FMCG, or greenfield project environment, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical documentation roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings (e.g., mechanical, electrical, P&ID, process flow diagrams) and related documentation standards
- Proficient in document control systems and tools such as BIM, Revit, PROCOR, Autodesk Cloud, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Familiarity with version control, transmittals, and project documentation processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Manage and control the flow, storage, and retrieval of engineering and project documents including drawings, specifications, procedures, and reports
- Maintain document logs, ensure version control, and track approvals, updates, and revisions
- Ensure all technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, civil, process) are properly reviewed, recorded, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure documentation meets project requirements and timelines
- Support the development and implementation of document control procedures and tools
- Upload, manage, and archive documents in platforms such as PROCOR, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and BIM 360
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, compliance checks, or regulatory reviews
- Monitor and track document transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and approvals
- Generate reports and dashboards on documentation status for project reviews
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure document clarity and compliance with company standards
- Provide support during project meetings by referencing or presenting relevant documents and drawings
