Job Description:This is a remote position.Our Client is a rapidly growing consulting firm founded by ex-Vlocity and ex-Siebel employees, focused on complex Salesforce implementation and digital transformation for the telco industry. Our client primarily works with middle and top-tier US telcos.Role SummaryWe are seeking a strong, hands-on Salesforce Consultant to join our implementation team focused on specialized industry solutions for US telco. As finding an individual with expertise across all required domains is challenging, We are looking for candidates with deep, compartmentalized knowledge in one or more of the core areas: EPC, CPQ, and OM. The ideal candidate will be essential in making our technical architecture a reality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on implementation and configuration as a Salesforce Consultant.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the telco industry and specific industry solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), covering both managed packages and newer architectures like RCA/RLM (Revenue Cloud Advanced).
  • Configure and manipulate Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) rules, specifically handling the pricing engine and product configuration.
  • Manage the Order Management (OM) component, including understanding the architecture of decomposition and orchestration. ● Occasionally interact with US-based customers with clear, effective communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a strong, hands-on Salesforce consultant.
  • Specialized knowledge in EPC, CPQ, or OM, with the ability to potentially cover multiple areas (e.g., EPC/CPQ or OM).
  • Excellent English language skills, suitable for client interaction.
