Position Title Digital Media & Optimisation Coordinator Position Type Fixed Term Contract Business Unit Marketing Department MARKETING Location HEATHERTON Reports To Digital Media Optimisation Lead Leadership Level Employee Roles Reporting to Position NIL Position Purpose Working as a Digital Media & Optimisation Coordinator, the focus of your role will be to improve presence and engagement with Mitre 10 and Home Hardware localised campaigns across paid digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, monitor and optimise Members' promotional (non-catalogue) investment, to deliver on the Group's strategic objectives across key areas: - Support IHG digital media subscription - maximising awareness/reach, driving traffic to Mitre 10 and Home Hardware websites, continuously optimising efficiency and effectiveness of digital media advertising for member campaigns across platform including (but not limited to) META and GOOGLE - In collaboration with Marketing Coordinators, manage access to member's Facebook pages, Google Business Profiles, create Meta Store Locations, Google Ads Shop Locations and Location Groups In your role, you will be tasked with development, execution, analysis and optimisation of the digital media subscription campaigns, as well as responding to administrative requests. To support the digital media subscription, you will use data and best practice industry standards to drive performance on digital channels, with a focus on reach and for higher tier members - store traffic through local campaigns. You will be responsible for reporting against agreed KPIs, working with the Digital Media Optimisation Specialist to identify and share actionable insights. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (Maximum of 10) . create, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and Meta geared to drive reach and traffic to members' stores on a hyper-local level . work collaboratively with the Marketing team to manage access to member's Facebook pages and Google Business Profiles. . implement and manage Meta Store Locations, Google Ads Shop Locations and Location Groups. . monitor and analyse campaign performance using in-platform analytics tools, deriving insights to make data-driven decisions. . manage campaign budgets effectively across ad platforms (Google and Meta). . provide reporting on campaign performance and results. Experience, Knowledge and Skills - 3+ years experience in a Digital media, agency or brand-side. - Hands-on experience with digital media management (Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager) across both Performance and Brand activities including localised store traffic campaigns (e.g. Google Ads Performance Max (Local) campaigns, Meta Store Traffic campaigns). - Comprehensive understanding and experience utilising the different digital media buying models such as CPC, CPM, CPA. Proven track record of delivering multi-faceted digital media campaigns. - Sound understanding of marketing attribution models and performance measurement options and tools. - A solid understanding of audience targeting. - Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - On the pulse of industry trends, best practices, and ad platform changes to inform strategies, tactics and identify new growth opportunities. - Ability to consult with internal and external stakeholders to help understand requirements that meet customer and business expectations. - Creative approach to problem-solving and able to be work through a variety of challenges to deliver results. - Able to use analytics and insights to demonstrate measurable improvements in media performance. - Strategic mindset and an ability to communicate a vision with passion for digital media space and digital customer experience overall.
