This role goes beyond simple telemarketing. You will play a key role in opening doors with heritage and niche brands, making outbound calls, building trust, and securing long-term wholesale partnerships.We're not looking for a “call center” style telemarketer - we want someone who can represent MontBlack with confidence, build meaningful relationships, and handle premium brands with professionalism.About Us

Conduct outbound calls to suppliers and brand owners to open wholesale accounts.
Communicate MontBlack's value clearly: protecting brand reputation, increasing sales, and long-term partnership.
Build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers (not just gatekeepers).
Handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
Follow up consistently to move conversations forward and secure agreements.
Maintain accurate call notes and records using CRM tools.
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach scripts, sales strategies, and closing techniques.Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, business development, or account management (B2B strongly preferred).
Strong English communication skills - both confident speaking and clear writing.
Ability to connect with decision-makers and create trust quickly.
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
