At Dennemeyer, the Global Business Reorganization, International Tax & Transfer Pricing Business Unit is a small (so far solely composed of its director) yet dynamic and expanding department. This unit is dedicated to continuously aligning the Dennemeyer Group's legal and functional structure with business needs, regulatory developments and technological advancements. It plays a crucial role in creating, implementing, maintaining and enhancing an OECD-compliant Transfer Pricing policy while minimizing as much as possible the tax risks sometimes associated with local specificities inherent to certain tax jurisdictions. On the International Tax front, the department provides comprehensive tax advice, issues detailed analysis memorandums, and conducts case-by-case source taxation analyses to optimize client contractual conditions. As an analyst within the Transfer Pricing business line, your primary responsibility will be to update and ensure the timely delivery and availability of various Transfer Pricing reports at both group and local/entity levels. You will also manage reporting and computations tools to set transfer prices at arm's length across a wide range of intercompany transactions, including core business services, software and portal subscriptions, corporate support, IT support, intra-group financing, and cash pooling. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of the Business Unit, work alongside colleagues from various business lines of the Global Finance unit to gather relevant data, and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing on transfer pricing. Additionally, you will engage with relevant stakeholders across all concerned business units as needed. Your Responsibilities Under the guidance and supervision of the Head of the Global Business Restructuring, International Tax and Transfer Pricing, your key responsibilities will notable include: Transfer Pricing documentation: Assist in updating comprehensive Transfer Pricing reports, including the Group Transfer Pricing Masterfile, reports for cost re-allocation of Corporate/IT shared services, as well as entity files. Data analysis: Update various Transfer Pricing calculators using relevant data provided by Controlling and Accounting teams. Preparation of intermediary files: Prepare various supporting documents for local Transfer Pricing documentation, facilitating collaboration with local tax advisors, if applicable. Benchmark review: Review benchmarks related to e.g., subscriptions, execution support, business development, interest-bearing loans. Contract database management: Regularly verify the intercompany contract database to ensure accuracy and completeness based on Dennemeyer's constellation of intercompany transactions. Contract familiarization and updates: Progressively familiarize yourself with the recurring content of some of the existing intercompany agreements to assist in case of easy updates and customization, such as terminations or amendments. Research and analysis: Collaborate with the teams in charge of business analytics and sales support to enhance local and global industry and market analyses. Process optimization and digitalization/automation: Engage in initiatives aimed at optimizing and automating Transfer Pricing processes in collaboration with subject matter experts. Administrative support: Manage secretarial tasks, including scheduling meetings and drafting minutes. Ad-hoc projects: Participate in various projects related to International Tax and Business Reorganization. Work assigned at inception will be 80% implementation / 20% coordination and communication to obtain the data necessary for implementation. Your Profile Educational background: university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; dual degrees combining business administration and business/tax law are a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office suite. Analytical skills: strong affinity with numbers and a solid understanding of financial statements. Attention of detail: excellent analytical and writing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Personal traits: organized, humble, and detail oriented. Language skills: fluency in English is essential. Flexibility and adaptability: willingness to travel as required; capacity to engage in ad-hoc interventions on related topics such as International Tax and Business Reorganization.
