Creative Design Artist

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere
• Knowledge in photography and video editing is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in production or advertising agencies is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Design and prepare high-quality layouts for both digital and print materials
• Ensure consistency and coherence of visual assets across platforms
• Edit and animate videos using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Capture and direct high-quality photo and video content for promotional use
• Collaborate and present concepts using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Review and approve proof samples for mass production, ensuring all materials meet prepress quality standards
• Integrate current design trends while maintaining brand consistency
• Ensure all outputs align with established brand guidelines
• Address design challenges with creativity and deliver effective solutions
• Create mockups or prototypes for presentation and approval
• Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to refine design requirements and concepts
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and meeting deadlines
