We're seeking an Implementation Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in device management, monitoring, and endpoint security solutions . This role bridges presales and delivery: you'll work closely with customers to shape solutions, showcase capabilities, and ensure smooth rollout of security products. What You'll D oPartner with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and design the right solutions .Run demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts with prospective customers .Deploy and configure tools for mobile device management (MDM), remote monitoring (RMM), and patching .Support clients throughout presales and into delivery - ensuring smooth implementation .Produce clear technical documentation and assist in proposals/RFPs .Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance during and after deployment .Keep up to date with industry trends in endpoint, cloud, and network security .
