This is why our hiring philosophy is to open up and give equal opportunity to any talent regardless of where they are today in pursuit of education.Job DescriptionCost Effective and On-time Shipment PlanCoordinates with Customer Service Team and Warehouse on delivery requirements and priority shipments.Prepares daily shipment and dispatch plan and coordinates transports requirements to Logistics and Traffic AssistantMonitors and updates tramping requirements to origin and destination port.Coordinates transferring and hauling to Subic.Provides complete and accurate shipping document to shipping / transport service providers.Prepares plan and schedules deliveries.Prepares accurate waybill for assigned trips to ensure accurate delivery documentation and will served as reference for trucker's billing statement.Ensure all trips will be transacted in OTM and update needed details.Ensures delivery concerns/issues are escalated to Logistic Supervisor for immediate disposition.Provide information/ data on shipment plan against actual shipment to measure logistics planning and execution performance efficiency.Ensures database are updated for accurate monitoring.Ensures compliance to food safety and quality standards set by HACCP, GMP & ISO, ISMSActively participate in all company programs at all times especially to projects of innovation.Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.QualificationsEducational Requirement:Graduate of any 4 year business related courseWork Experience Requirement:At least 6 months work experience in logistics / supply chain or equivalent.Critical Skills or Competencies Requirement: * Proficient in computerized systems and application.
