College graduate or equivalent. Must have 5 years of work experience in the field. Supervise and manage HR staff and subordinates, ensuring proper work performance and discipline Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing Process employment visas, work permits, and other immigration requirements for expatriates Manage government-mandated benefits and compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation Maintain and update employee records and HR reports Coordinate with government agencies and external service providers Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management
