- Build landing pages and funnels
- Improve conversion flow
- Support payment integrations
- Assist with Afterpay / ZipPay setup
- Implement automations
- CLIENT & RETREAT OPERATIONS
- Email inbox monitoring
- Client correspondence
- Pre- and post-retreat communication
- Payment reminders and follow-ups
- Send payment links
- Birthday and nurture list management
- Supplier sourcing
- Venue research and shortlist creation
- Gift and welcome pack automation
- PROPERTY/RENTAL SUPPORT
- Vet tenant applications
- Manage tenant enquiries
- Track lease commencement and expiry dates
- Coordinate cleaners and maintenance
- Support Airbnb / Flatmates listings
- Invoice payment coordination
- Property sourcing research
- Advertising support
- BUSINESS SYSTEMS & PROCESS
- Build and improve workflows
- Create SOPs and process documentation
- Implement automation systems
- Create preferred supplier lists
- Manage reporting dashboards
- Track statistics and performance
- Proven experience in marketing + admin + systems support
- Strong Canva and design eye
- Excellent English communication
- Experience with Wix / WordPress preferred
- Social media management experience
- Funnel and automation knowledge highly desirable
