
Workforce Manager

- Report directly to the VP of Operations and/or COO.
- Oversee workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
- Utilise Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Manage offboarding processes to ensure the timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
- Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
- Maintain a centralised, up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organisational charts and reporting lines.
- Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
- Active employee count (by job level).
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
- Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
- Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
- Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
