- Build and own the company’s content framework, with a strong emphasis on case stories, project showcases, and client testimonials.
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar across social media, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
- Drive consistent growth, engagement, and visibility across Meta channels through planned, high-quality content.
- Create compelling visual and written content that showcases completed projects for developers, architects, and partners.
- Capture and translate project outcomes into stories that highlight design intent, system capability, and lifestyle impact.
- Produce and manage testimonials, project summaries, before-and-after narratives, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work closely with systems designers and project teams to ensure technical accuracy while keeping content accessible and engaging.
- Coordinate photography, video, and on-site content capture to support project storytelling.
- Create social-first content formats including reels, carousels, short-form video, and static posts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
- Identify key moments within projects that can be leveraged for content and campaign use.
- Support developer-focused marketing by producing content that reinforces credibility, quality, and delivery capability.
- Track performance across Meta platforms and adjust content strategy based on engagement and growth insights.
- Continuously refine content approaches to align with brand positioning and audience response.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a content or social-focused role, ideally within property, construction, technology, or design-led industries.
- Proven experience managing and growing Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn real projects into engaging content.
- Experience building and managing content calendars tied to business objectives.
- Ability to work with visual content including photography, video, and short-form social assets.
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, confident tone.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to extract meaningful project insights.
- Organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple content streams.
- Familiarity with basic performance metrics and content optimisation.
- Naturally curious and proactive in spotting content opportunities.
- Strong visual and narrative instinct.
- Confident engaging with developers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented but fast-moving.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how content supports growth.
- Passionate about design, technology, and storytelling.
