- Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Act as trusted advisor for digital media.
- Develop and lead digital strategy. Ensure alignment with client goals and ROI expectation.
- Present digital media reviews and position papers, showcasing expertise in online media trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior insights
- Lead use of digital tools/software and identify necessary additional tools needed to upgrade brands' strategy and performance
- Create digital media plans that reflect key metrics, research insight, & creative direction.
- Oversee all aspects of Digital media buying (Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Display, Ecomm and other digital platforms), including cost estimates, buying negotiations, delivery accountability, weekly media plan reporting and optimization, post campaign reporting and value-added opportunities.
- CE management, which includes CE preparation, alignment with Client, monitoring and updating of CE Tracker, monthly actualization of CEs.
- Coordination of materials for the campaign. Receive asset requirements from creative agency or brand team leading on to implementation.
- Manage ongoing projects, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accurate billing and financial tracking for clients.
- Submission of Signed CEs, COC (Certificate of Completion) to Finance Team
- Encoding of costs onto the Pegasus System
- Alignment with Finance on Billing Status
- Supervise and mentor the Performance and Digital Client Services team, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain open communication lines within the team and with external partners.
- A graduate of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, AB Communication, or its equivalent, Communication Research
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and the ability to craft effective media recommendations.
- Proven ability to guide clients and colleagues in technical aspects of performance planning and buying.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting digital campaign performance and setting benchmarks for success.
