Reports Analyst (Remote)Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that want to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.And we're looking for a Reports Analyst to start immediately! \nDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Report directly to the VP of Operations and/or COO.
Lead the implementation of reporting platforms to deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data.
Serve as the single source of truth for reporting across Operations, Quality Assurance, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Client Services Management teams.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards to consolidate reporting needs.
Partner with the engineering team to explore data consolidation opportunities.
Provide timely ad hoc reports as required by leadership and department heads.

Reports and Deliverables:

Daily EOD summaries of absenteeism and attrition.
Daily churn reports.
Weekly quality and/or NPS results.
Operational dashboards.
Monthly business review reports for Operations leadership.
Ad hoc Power BI dashboards and reports.
Updated weekly scorecards for all Wing Assistant employees.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
Significant experience with MySQL for querying, extracting, and analysing operational and performance data.
Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation/reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple reporting requests.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
