- Lead Generation: Utilize digital channels such as social media, job boards, and other open sources to identify and attract potential job seekers. Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for entry-level call center agent positions.
- Application Conversion: Ensure that generated leads turn into actual applications by providing guidance and support throughout the application process. Follow up with candidates to encourage continued application and engagement.
- Social Media Management. Create and manage social media posts promoting job opportunities. Develop visually appealing and engaging promotional materials to attract applicants.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged. Provide assistance and answer queries related to the application process.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, application conversion, and social media engagement. Analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall performance.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools
- Proficient in CapCut, Inshot, FinalCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other similar video editing tools
- Familiar with different ad creative formats and social media content best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Analytical skills to track and report on key metrics.
