About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, commercially driven, and confident managing multiple channels end-to-end. You will own key performance-driven functions including email marketing, website management, SEO, and paid media, while also supporting social media execution and community engagement.Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a solid understanding of performance metrics, budget management, and ROI optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing (Ownership)
  • Plan, build, and deploy end-to-end email (eDM) campaigns
  • Develop and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, retention campaigns)
  • Write, edit, and optimize email copy for engagement and conversion
  • Manage audience segmentation, database hygiene, and campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize for revenue growth
Website Management & Optimization
  • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing
  • Create and refresh homepage, brand, and promotional assets
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for web use
  • Execute site updates, promotional campaigns, and seasonal changes
  • Ensure the website remains visually aligned and commercially optimized
Paid Media (Ownership)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and channel performance
  • Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize for efficiency and ROI
  • Report on campaign performance with actionable insights
SEO
  • Implement on-site SEO improvements across product pages, collections, and metadata
  • Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Align website updates and content with SEO best practices
Social Media (Execution & Support)
  • Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Write captions and manage the content calendar
  • Edit short-form video using provided or raw footage
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement daily
  • Track performance and support ongoing optimization efforts
RequirementsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or paid media
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns with budget accountability
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics, and ROI
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation flows
  • Experience managing and updating website content
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Direct retail experience managing large product assortments (hundreds of SKUs), ideally in beauty, skincare, or perfume brands (e.g., Sephora) – this ensures faster ramp-up and stronger long-term fit
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident in both execution and performance reporting
