• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and overall presentation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates for excellent customer service.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse department for timely replenishment.
• Supervise cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Ensures daily operations are reported and submitted accordinly.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Implement visual merchandising standards per Anta brand guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff productivity.
