Lead and support end-to-end SAP WM / Stockroom Management implementations, including:

Requirement gathering and business blueprinting
System configuration and customization
Integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
Analyze and map business processes to SAP WM / IM or S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions
Configure SAP WM functionalities such as:

Putaway and picking strategies
Transfer orders
Physical inventory
Storage types, storage sections, and bins
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration
Support S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations, including data conversion and process redesign
Provide expert guidance on stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and warehouse optimization
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and reports
Conduct user training sessions and create end-user documentation
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on SAP WM / Inventory / Stockroom Management experience
Strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is preferred
Solid knowledge of:

SAP WM and Inventory Management (IM)
Warehouse and stockroom business processes
Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and cutover activities

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Greenfield or Brownfield)
Exposure to S/4HANA Warehouse Management or migration from ECC to S/4HANA
Experience in:

Manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
Integration with MM, SD, and logistics execution processes
SAP certification in WM, S/4HANA Logistics, or related modules
