- Lead and support end-to-end SAP WM / Stockroom Management implementations, including:
- Requirement gathering and business blueprinting
- System configuration and customization
- Integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
- Analyze and map business processes to SAP WM / IM or S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions
- Configure SAP WM functionalities such as:
- Putaway and picking strategies
- Transfer orders
- Physical inventory
- Storage types, storage sections, and bins
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration
- Support S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations, including data conversion and process redesign
- Provide expert guidance on stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and warehouse optimization
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and reports
- Conduct user training sessions and create end-user documentation
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP WM / Inventory / Stockroom Management experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is preferred
- Solid knowledge of:
- SAP WM and Inventory Management (IM)
- Warehouse and stockroom business processes
- Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and cutover activities
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Greenfield or Brownfield)
- Exposure to S/4HANA Warehouse Management or migration from ECC to S/4HANA
- Experience in:
- Manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
- Integration with MM, SD, and logistics execution processes
- SAP certification in WM, S/4HANA Logistics, or related modules
