This involves troubleshooting and resolving incidents and issues to ensure seamless operation of applications, systems and processes.What You'll Do Investigate and resolve technical issues and user queries. This will involve thoroughly examining, analyzing, fixing and documenting the symptoms and potential causes of the problem. Investigate and resolve server performance issues, database and infrastructure related issues and system failures and escalate issues to required/appropriate team.Perform manual testing of software products, document test results and report defects following he Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Write accurate and detailed test cases and test scenarios.Investigate and resolve technical issues and user queries.
