- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
- Develop core leadership competencies
- Assist in day-to-day processing activities
- Participate in team meetings
- Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc.
- Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge
- Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Business Operations
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately
- Entry Level - internship experience highly preferred
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than August 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
- Candidates must have good academic standing
- Candidates must possess strong attention to details with strong mindset to completing tasks and assignments.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee once confirmed with the business).
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.
- Display a strong work ethic
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Basic understanding of audit techniques and methodology.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of risks and controls
- Basic understanding of the financial services industry; seeks to understand and improve their knowledge of coverage areas
- Strong commitment to teamwork by demonstrating a willingness to assist peers and supervisors.
