We are looking for a visionary and strategic Design Manager to lead the creative development and execution of seasonal collections for a dynamic fashion retail brand. Youll drive concept creation, fabric and color direction, and line development all while ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.This is a key leadership role that balances creativity with commercial understanding, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and knows how to translate trends into collections that sell.What Youll Do

Lead seasonal concept creation, including trend research, fabric sourcing, and color palette development.
Oversee the development of compelling, brand-aligned collections that meet customer needs and sales goals.
Direct and inspire a team of creative designers, ensuring innovation, consistency, and execution quality.
Present line direction and seasonal concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production to meet timelines and deliverables.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously evolve design strategies.
Conduct regular market reviews and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of trends.
Ensure timely execution of design milestones in line with the Merchandise Working Calendar (MWC).
Recommend vendors and material sources based on quality, innovation, and suitability to design goals.

What Were Looking ForEducation

Degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, Industrial Design, or any fashion-related field.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a creative or design leadership role within retail or fashion.
Experience in collection building, fashion development, and brand positioning is a strong advantage
