Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in HR role Proficient in using job portals Technical & Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledgeable in using Canva for creating recruitment materials, job ads, or internal HR visuals Tech-savvy and can be easily trained in various computer programs and systems Soft Skills & Other Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Can work independently or as part of a team Professional, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative Job Responsibilities Post job vacancies in various recruitment platforms Screen resumes, conduct initial interview and background checking. Prepare job offer letter and list of pre employment requirements to be submitted. Monitor the status of pre-employment requirements of selected applicant. Facilitate onboarding, orientation and contract preparation for the newly hired employee. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in timekeeping and tracking of attendances Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
