About this role The role is responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Process all invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. Verify approval on all invoices and check requests. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Handle queries related to accounts payable and respond in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Setup new Vendor Accounts Any changes on Vendor Accounts are required approval Accounts Receivable Generate and send out invoices, including uploading onto Track. Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments. Conduct account reconciliations as needed. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities. Investigate and resolve customer queries. Maintain customer accounts and ensure data integrity. Prepare accounts receivable reports and summaries. Assist with month-end closing activities. Qualifications / Skills: 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, covering both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transaction processes. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
