This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, on-the-ground sales, and achieving ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and market share
  • Maintain active merchant engagement, ensuring consistent month-on-month sales performance
  • Build and manage strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular store visits to train teams, support sales efforts, and implement marketing initiatives
  • Execute incentive campaigns and targeted promotions to boost in-store conversions
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners within the assigned territory
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and prepare sales performance reports
What You'll Bring
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in field sales, customer service, telecom, mobile devices, or software sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with high levels of initiative, organization, and resilience
  • Solid analytical and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
  • Must own a motorcycle or car to cover assigned areas
