Multimedia Graphic Artist - Web Design & Animation Location: Remote/Hybrid (TBD) Type: Full-time Level: Mid-Level WHAT YOU&aposLL DO: You will take charge in creating visually captivating digital experiences with a focus on web design and animation. This is a hands-on role where you will build high-impact, responsive websites and landing pages using Wix (plus Figma or Webflow as needed). You'll also design compelling visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content. If you're excited about high impact design, this role might be for you. Key Responsibilities: Web & Motion Design Design and build high-impact, responsive websites and landing pages using Wix (plus Figma or Webflow as needed) Create motion graphics and short-form animated content for digital campaigns and brand assets Translate creative briefs into clear visual directions and digital experiences Deliver clean, functional, on-brand visuals for web, mobile, and interactive platforms Visual Asset Production Design digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content Build templates, prototypes, and demo mockups to support pitch and production cycles Execute animation for banners, logo reveals, transitions, and other visual effects Optimize designs for speed, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility Collaboration & Creative Process Work closely with the Creative Director, project leads, and fellow designers to bring brand visions to life Participate in internal reviews and client-facing presentations when required Join select in-person brand activations, shoots, or creative events (Metro Manila) Maintain file structure, naming conventions, and visual consistency across projects Job Requirements: A multimedia designer with hands-on Wix experience and strong motion instincts A digital creative who can confidently design for web, mobile, and social platforms A team player who thrives in remote work but is ready to show up when needed A design thinker who sees layout and animation as tools for storytelling and strategy Someone organized, fast-moving, and excited to grow within a small creative team Able to work remotely full time from 10 AM to 7PM Willing to have occasional onsite meetings in Metro Manila Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in web design, multimedia design, or digital content production Strong portfolio featuring Wix-built websites, animated content, and branded visuals Proficiency in: Wix, Figma, or Webflow for website design Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,& Canva) Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent) Familiarity with animation best practices (motion typography, transitions, UI motion) Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and visual storytelling Comfortable with fast feedback cycles, versioning, and cross-functional collaboration Bonus: Experience in a creative agency or startup environment Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Lottie animations What we Offer: A supportive, collaborative work environment where your voice matters.
