- Conduct regular safety inspections and audit.
- Uphold compliance with national OSH standards under Philippine law.
- Implement and monitor Safety Training and Safety Programs.
- Prepare reports, manuals, policies, and safety investigation.
- Conduct site and event safety evaluation and risk assessment.
- Investigates incidents and monitors outcomes with formal reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering only.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in occupational safety and health or related safety role.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules.
- Must have a driver's license and practical driving experience.
- At least Safety Officer II with completed BOSH & COSH, First Aid, ACLS/BLS, and other relevant OHS trainings.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH standards, the Building Code, Fire Code, applicable engineering codes, and other government and international safety issuances for both manufacturing and construction environments.
- Familiarity with motorsport safety standards (specific industry requirements).
- Being a licensure engineering passer is an advantage.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor experience is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing occupational safety and health is an advantage.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Database Administration and Management.
- Application of Safety Awareness.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
- High analytical skills.
