The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for:Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.Monitors the ageing of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.Job QualificationCandidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related coursesAt least with five (5) years of supervisory work experience in warehousing managemnt operations. * Knowledgeable in the backend processes of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Must have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity, good interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization, effective communication skills, sound decision-making, and a high level of stress tolerance.Must be residing or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc., the hiring entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation
