- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to source, attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for a variety of roles within the organization.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines, including leveraging technology, social media, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and provide consultative recruitment expertise.
- Ensure an equitable and inclusive hiring process that aligns with company values.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and articulate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Execute initiatives to elevate the company's employer brand across various channels, such as social media, career fairs, and community events.
- Build strong partnerships with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups to extend our brand presence and attract diverse talent.
- Create engaging content (videos, blogs, employee stories) to highlight our unique culture and workplace experience.
- Monitor employer brand performance and perceptions using analytics to recommend enhancements.
- Partner with HR and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition activities and employee engagement strategies.
- Support strategic workforce planning efforts and assist in creating talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with current employees to strengthen internal mobility initiatives and employee retention.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR.
- Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding diverse talent across various roles.
- Experience in employer branding, content creation, and social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, hiring trends, and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Passion for fostering inclusion, equity, and diversity in the workplace.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and outreach tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Build and maintain exceptional candidate relationships, delivering an outstanding recruitment experience at every stage.
- Lead team huddles to align priorities, review hiring metrics, and track ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Engage with employees through campaigns, surveys, and events to amplify our employer branding efforts.
- Monitor and manage all open positions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Stay ahead of HR and talent acquisition trends by attending webinars, conferences, and networking events.
