- Engage market teams to ensure content is published accurately to marketplaces
- Serve as primary contact for Digital Commerce content publication related issues for market teams
- Communicate and ensure best in class content publication & syndication standards are planned for and achieved
- Manage the creation and validation of new and existing product information from source systems
- Support large content modification projects such as brand change or category update
- Investigate content discrepancies
- Validate marketplace template and attribute requirements
- Set-up new marketplaces in the system and map required attributes
- Manage existing marketplaces and ensure all product listing are maintained, publish, updated or deleted
- Align with markets the correct products to be listed the marketplace
- List products as aligned with the market and marketplace
- Manage changes of codes in the current product listing
- Manage and list prices for new and existing products. Change and update when needed to ensure no financial loss will occur
- Align with markets the correct products to be listed the marketplace
- Monitor all promotions and ensure correct start date and end date including time
- Manage any changes in the promotion (price, date, time, codes)
- Delist promotions and bundles as needed
- Manage stock in current OMS tool and ensure that it is aligned with expected number of available products for sale
- Report any discrepancies, including low to zero stocks
- Verify sent content has been loaded correctly
- Assist marketing and sales with Product Assortment and Content questions
- Provide actionable insights based on the current data, issues and findings
- Create sales reports, promotions reports, stock reports, content availability and other reports as required. Provide insights and recommendations that can be used by the markets in their next campaigns, product listings, etc
- System lead for 3rd party publication
- Understand and execute navigation of key customer portals for product content setup
- Be comfortable in working through order management systems and content syndication platforms like Channel Engine, Salsify, PDH
- Data mapping may be required to link content to products for the purpose of publication
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or other related field
- Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to work with colleagues and partners located around the world
- Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers
- A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
- Solid understanding of Product Information process (creation, storage, syndication, publication) and Digital Shelf
- Solid understanding of Order Management Systems and how it works on an end to end perspective
- Preferrably with experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment
- Has the ability to understand and build simple to complex excel formulas based on given requirements and output needed
