This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-SKU, global inventory environment and has deep NetSuite expertise. Youll serve as the inventory control tower, ensuring accuracy across systems, improving workflows, and partnering with Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive inventory accuracy above 98%.Key Responsibilities:Maintain item master data, bin locations, and lot/serial tracking in NetSuiteReconcile inventory movement across locations and resolve stock discrepanciesMonitor aged inventory and implement accuracy-improvement initiativesOversee and optimize all inventory transactions (RMAs, transfer orders, receipts, etc.)Align operations and accounting to ensure reconciled inventory valuesUtilize NetSuite Advanced Inventory, WMS, and SuiteAnalyticsCollaborate on automation initiatives and process standardizationPrepare regular inventory reports and dashboardsAssist in inventory audits and compliance processesSupport quarterly planning and cycle count processesSoftware/Platforms/Tools:NetSuite (Advanced Inventory, WMS, Demand Planning)SuiteAnalyticsGoogle WorkspaceExcel or similar tools for reportingQualifications:3-5 years of freelancing experience5+ years of inventory management experience using NetSuiteProven success in multi-location, high-volume inventory environmentsDeep knowledge of NetSuite inventory workflows and reconciliationExperience maintaining inventory accuracy above 98%A background in consumer goods, apparel, or retail is preferredStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process mindsetExcellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level)Shift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US PST
