- Implement APAC employer branding strategy in the Philippines and ANZ.
- Design tailor-made local initiatives in the Philippines and ANZ in alignment with Eaton Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and local country cultures.
- Deploy APAC employer branding campaigns (APAC EB Ambassador Program, for example) towards Eaton employees and external focus groups, both on-site and online, and collect feedback for future improvement.
- Promote internal referral program and Internal Talent Connect in the Philippines and ANZ.
- Take charge of campus branding in the Philippines and ANZ.
- Communicate and promote Eaton culture and values (I&D, ethic, etc.) to externally drive external hires and internally raise employee engagement and loyalty.
- Closely collaborate with local TA teams to provide strong content toolkit and communication support.
- Frequently communicate with local business and function teams, to get timely insights and comments on talent market and local business.
- Following guidance from APAC EB Manager, tailor contents accordingly or independently create basic contents for local audience groups via social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Other tasks assgined by APAC EB Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in marketing, communication or social media is a plus.
- 3 years of working experience in multinational companies in related field.
- Good wording, drafting and editing skill: Articulate clear messages; generate compelling contents; create and edit copy; generate images; develop effective presentations; video shooting and editing.
- Good at using Office suite.
- Experiene of using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, etc. is a plus.
- Able to build partnership and manage multiple stakeholders in virtual organization.
- Event organization and implementation: Design, organize and implement events in each local site; co-work with iERGs and BUs in local co-events; collect feedback, comments and data.
- Project Management: Able to manage small projects in parallel under guidance; communicate with sourcing personnel and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of events, materials, etc.
- Content marketing skills: Good understanding of target audience oriented content creation and content creation project lifecycle management.
- Passionate to take initiatives and go beyond.
- Enthusiastic evangelist of Eaton culture.
