Sales Enablement Collaborate with distributor partners and direct sales teams to ensure optimal system solutions are provided to both new and existing customers. Key Capabilities Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent discipline is required. Work Experience & Requirement: Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience or applications support in the diagnostics industry, preferably within clinical diagnostics, reproductive health, genomics, or immunodiagnostics. Solid technical knowledge of diagnostics workflows, particularly in the Philippines, with added value for exposure across Southeast Asia Background in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and familiarity with ISO and IVDR standards is advantageous Demonstrated success as a highly committed, goal-driven professional with a strong performance track record Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to support both technical and commercial interactions Willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice, both within the country and internationally.
