🌟 We're Hiring: Legal Counsel! 🌟We are seeking (2) Legal Counsels to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across all aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive legal expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while protecting our organization's interests.📍 Location: Taguig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: Legal CounselWhat You'll Do:Provide legal support to matters relating to the business operations of the companies, such as but not limited to:

Contract drafting and review of contracts, and representing the company in contract negotiations;
Provision of tax and other related advice on operational and project activities including managing day-to-day local tax issues and cases;
Provide legal support in connection with the Company’s participation in competitive selection processes and other bidding activities;
Labor advisory and contracting, assist Human Resources and management in personnel discipline and administrative cases;
Legal Advice on other MOB/day-to-day matters.

What We're Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law
✅ Law degree from an accredited institution
✅ Strong knowledge of Philippine legal framework
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience in contract negotiation and litigation
