- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer accounts.
- Monitor stock levels of ice products and assist in planning restocking or production.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Support the sales team in preparing contracts, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with cold storage and delivery standards to maintain product quality.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, filing documents, and organizing meetings.
