- Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support the organization's growth and sustainability.
- Collaborate with various HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and problem-solve on people matters.
- Advise on workforce planning, identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to meet the business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead performance management initiatives and work with reporting managers in improving employee productivity and addressing performance gaps.
- Work with different levels of employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and manage unwanted attrition.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes.
- Conduct offsite visits as needed.
- Amenable to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna / Plaridel, Bulacan warehouse
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
- With at least 4-5 years experience in general HR and/or HR business partnering; experience in handling employees in ecommerce/logistics/warehousing industries is an advantage.
- Expertise in organizational development and/or employee relations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in project management and corresponding change management.
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
