Please note this role requires the successful candidate to relocate to Espiritu Santo. Forney Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day to day warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety and quality standards and efficient coordination with Production, QA, HR, Finance and Logistics. The Warehouse Supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining stock integrity, leading warehouse staff and supporting company wide supply chain objectives. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure goods are handled, stored, and rotated according to FIFO/FEFO and quality requirements. Oversee stock takes and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of inventory records. Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency and safety. Quality and Compliance: Ensure warehouse practices comply with HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards. Work closely with QA to maintain product quality, hygiene, and traceability. Support audits and inspections with accurate records and corrective actions. Ideal Candidate Profile Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, SQF and inventory management systems. Technical Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or export industry preferred Competence in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Forklift license is desirable Leadership & Management Demonstrated experience supervising, training and mentoring warehouse staff, ensuring clear task allocation Enforcement of workplace health & safety, including safe equipment and forklift operations Promote teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement within the team Personal Attributes Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable balancing technical work with strategic oversight. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a live production environment. Collaborative yet firm - able to enforce safety and quality standards while maintaining positive team culture. Willingness to relocate internationally and thrive in a developing country setting.
