Navigate the complexities of our client's financial ecosystem while forging connections with senior leaders across these areas and Finance for a fulfilling career journey. Scope & Responsibilities: Partner with the procurement leadership team to develop the overall strategy for the function and drive accelerated value creation. Provide financial oversight and review business opportunities and projects, including but not limited to material billing review, standard cost review, hedging recommendations, cost forecasting, risk management recommendations, make vs. buy decisions, and review of savings and tender results. Support Global Procurement Services (GPS) by preparing material cost updates for standard costs. Assist global category managers (GCMs) in understanding strategies to achieve savings and ensure appropriate performance tracking levels are in place. Offer formal and informal training on financial concepts and systems to broader procurement team members. Undertake other tasks, ad hoc analysis, and reports as needed to support the company in achieving its business objectives. Required Qualifications: Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The candidate must possess at least eight (8) years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated capability in building and managing large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, and reporting is required. Proficiency in working with ERP systems with end-to-end capability in material estimates, pricing, and variance analysis is necessary. Proven experience in creating controls and transparent processes is essential. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup. Willingness to work in Canlubang, Laguna. Preferred Qualification: Preferably, a Certified Public Accountant or holder of equivalent certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA).
