Helps implement employer branding initiatives, maintain social media content for Hann Careers pages, execute recognition programs, and coordinate employee activities. Ensures that HR policies, programs, and activities are implemented in alignment with and in support of the organization&aposs goals. : Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course. At least six (6) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years specializing in employee and/or labor relations. Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, salient DOLE guidelines, and the employee grievance process through DOLE. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written Filipino & English.
