The main responsibilities of a BILLING MANAGER include: Oversee the entire billing process, and ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and credit memos per contractual terms and billing schedules. Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. Working closely with Revenue Operations for issue resolution and understanding end-to-end processes to drive automation and process changes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to align billing processes with organizational objectives. Effectively supervise and develop a team of high-performing Billing Analysts. Monitor Billing-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational decision-making through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to on-shore management. Act as a subject matter expert for all Billing-related duties. Provide operational guidance for Billing Analysts and serve as the main point of contact for the team in Manila Resolve, communicate, and escalate issues to on-shore management Own and manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate completion Propose process changes to improve Billing and Collections efficiency and effectiveness and enable metrics to be measured more efficiently Ensure compliance with SOX key controls. Assist customers (internal and external) with requests for information. Supports internal and external auditors Help managing the month-end close with journal entries review, invoices & credit memo batch review, and reconciliations. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement. Participate in ad hoc projects To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: 6+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or relevant experience, with 3+ years leading a team Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume Experience in the Software or SaaS industries Strong financial systems background. NetSuite and Salesforce experience are highly desirable. Proficient MS Excel skills Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 & Half body picture with white background Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-Ibig, & Philhealth).
