What You'll Do: Design and deliver a wide range of marketing materials - from social media and website visuals to presentations, campaign assets and event collateral. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and maintain brand integrity through templates and style guides Work closely with the brand, communications, and marketing managers to align creative output with campaign objectives Provide creative direction and feedback on design projects, maintaining high standards and design excellence Contribute to internal communication efforts through engaging visual content for employees Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh thinking into everything you create Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion with speed and precision What You Bring: 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with time in a senior or lead capacity A strong and versatile portfolio that showcases both conceptual and executional excellence across print and digital Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience in B2B design environments, ideally with exposure to tech, outsourcing, or agency work Ability to interpret complex briefs and translate business objectives into clean, engaging design High attention to detail, strong layout and typography skills, and a passion for brand guardianship Bonus: experience with basic animation, motion graphics, or web tools (e.g., HubSpot, HTML/CSS) Show more Show less
