JOB SUMMARY: As a Payroll & HR Messenger, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of various payroll and HR documents. You will be responsible for ensuring the secure and timely transportation of sensitive payroll information, maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely transport payroll documents to client locations. Ensure the secure handling and protection of payroll information to maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access. Coordinate delivery schedules with clients to ensure timely and efficient service. Obtain signatures and acknowledgments from clients upon delivery of payroll documents, maintaining accurate records of transactions Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to address any delivery-related issues or concerns. Assist with other payroll-related tasks and administrative duties as needed to support the payroll department. Willing to travel around Alabang, Taguig, and Mandaluyong (Pick up /delivery locations are Alabang-Taguig-Mandaluyong) EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED: Any bachelor's degree. Knowledge on payroll tasks is an advantage but not required. Proven experience as a delivery driver or messenger is preferred. Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods around the area (Alabang, Taguig, Mandaluyong) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. With owned motorcycle is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable). Can start ASAP.
