DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to validate and promote the stability of new releases.
  • Lead efforts to eliminate knowledge gaps across legacy, current, and future products and services and stay current with Tyler's evolving technology landscape across security, deployment, integration, infrastructure, observability, and compatibility.
  • Serve as a primary escalation resource, resolving issues in ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and client environments (on-prem and cloud).
  • Apply advanced skills in AWS resources, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub, DataDog, Octopus Deploy, KeyCloak, and Atlassian (Confluence, Jira).
  • Administer Windows servers and Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and stakeholder use.
  • Optimize AWS resource usage to balance performance and cost.
  • Independently manage high-priority issues, using available resources and communicating status to leadership.
  • Support team planning and long-term strategic initiatives through effective project management and execution.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation using PagerDuty.
  • Pursue advanced certifications and professional development to deepen technical expertise.
  • Execute the design, development, and delivery of operational and strategic reports using data from internal platforms and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Integration Manager to align reporting outputs with leadership priorities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, dev ops, or supporting Tyler's Enterprise ERP products in a technical capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using observability platforms and cloud-native technologies (
  • Experience using scripting languages, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control (Example Terraform, PowerShell and GitHub)
  • AWS Cloud practitioner certification preferred.
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Windows OS
