  • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Organize play-based learning activities, including art, music, movement, and group games.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
  • Implement safety protocols and manage childrens behavior to maintain a calm, orderly, and safe environment.
  • Observe and record childrens progress in developmental milestones.
  • Maintain individual records for each child and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
  • Encourage positive social interactions among children, helping them learn to share, cooperate, and communicate.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance, helping children manage their feelings and resolve conflicts.
