- As an AU RTO Student Support Officer, you’ll guide students from enrolment to completion, making sure nothing slows them down along the way. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes—keeping records accurate, communication flowing, and engagement strong.

- Provide phone and online support to students, handling enquiries and issues.
- Conduct onboarding and student induction sessions.
- Monitor student progress and follow up to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate student records, including enrolments, progress, and completions.
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic system or access issues.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and record-keeping standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support, student support, or client-facing roles.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time management and ability to handle high-volume workloads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Experience in RTO, education, or training environments.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Work with global clients in the education and training space.
