Cost Accountant - Marikina

• Reviews and analyses records of present and past operations trends and costs.
• Establishes inventory control system and standard product and raw material costing.
• Coordinates with Head Office Accounting all activities related to the accounting of Engineering transactions.
• Supervises the conduct of year-end inventory count.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc cost analysis reports for strategic planning purposes.
• Provide valuable insights on cost trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements in cost accounting procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations.
• All other tasks that may be assigned by your direct supervisor or by the Management.
• To comply with all the terms and conditions of the company.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant in the real estate industry, particularly handling horizontal projects.
• Sound understanding of cost accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for complex data analysis.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work full osite in Marikina City
• Reporting schedule of Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
