CSR/PEME Account Specialist

• Facilitates urgent patient care by reviewing and tracking referrals via referral forms, emails, and phone calls, and follows up with various units to ensure timely updates on PEME status.
• Addresses patient and client complaints by reporting them promptly to the appropriate parties, working with the Documentation Supervisor and/or relevant medical units to ensure proper action is taken, and notifying clients about test requirements, pending medical case clearances, and coordinating with the processing physicians
• Regularly monitors and updates patient status by reviewing their profiles in the I-net system, and coordinates with relevant units to address any additional needs or concerns.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
