Job Summary: The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in overseeing the safety and security operations of the hotel and theme park. This includes guest and staff safety, asset protection, emergency preparedness, surveillance operations, and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership, vigilance, and strong coordination with various departments to ensure a secure environment for all. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight: Supervise daily security operations for both hotel and theme park, ensuring round-the-clock coverage. Lead and monitor the performance of security personnel and ensure proper deployment across locations. Conduct routine inspections and patrols of all areas, including guest zones, staff facilities, and restricted areas. 2. Safety & Incident Management: Respond to and manage emergency situations such as medical incidents, fire alarms, guest disputes, or criminal activity. Assist in investigations of security breaches, theft, accidents, and suspicious activities; document findings and take corrective actions. Maintain logs and reports of all incidents and follow up with relevant departments. 3. Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems, access controls, and alarm systems to detect and deter unauthorized or suspicious activities. Coordinate with IT and Engineering for maintenance of electronic security systems. 4. Staff Training & Supervision: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing security staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and guest interaction. Conduct regular drills (e.g., fire evacuation, active shooter, bomb threat) in coordination with local authorities and internal teams. 5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local laws, licensing, and organizational safety policies. Support audits and regulatory inspections; maintain updated SOPs, licenses, and training records. 6. Guest & Asset Protection: Work closely with guest services and operations to resolve guest complaints related to security.
