As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are looking for a passionate System Administrator to join our Cebu team and contribute to our success.Role Overview:The System Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the smooth operation of our system infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up essential software, configuring security access, monitoring system performance, replicate dev and test environments, and supporting the engineering team in delivering high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Manage Windows/Linux system infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Set up, configure, and maintain essential software and security access controls
Implement and support development, testing, and staging/production system environments that engineering team and customers will use.
Implement and support containerized environments using Docker, and/or orchestration using Kubernetes
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, webhook notifications, and DevOps configurations
Participate in technical discussions and provide architectural and technical support as needed
Collaborate with software and system engineers to enhance project success and software delivery

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a strong background in Linux administration.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS): virtual machines, databases, storage
Familiarity in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Knowledgeable in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and understanding of DevOps practices.
Knowledgeable in VPN technology (OPENVPN, IPSEC).
A solid understanding of cloud-based networking technologies, including VPN, Application Gateway, Firewall and Network Security Groups, is highly desirable.
Also knowledgeable or experience in server high-availability and scalability is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
