High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus Minimum of 3 years experience operating manual or CNC lathe machines Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools Skilled in boring, drilling, threading, and tapping operations Welding knowledge/experience is an advantage Physically fit able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials Key Responsibilities: Lathe Machine Operator Set up and operate lathe machines to fabricate, modify, or repair metal parts and components. Measure and inspect finished workpieces to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision. Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
